BloomHarbor

Privacy

Last updated 16 August 2026

BloomHarbor is a Christian discipleship assistant. This page is the privacy policy for the website, the web app, and the iOS App Store build.

Who is responsible

The operator of this BloomHarbor instance is the person who hosts it (the owner of BloomHarbor Control). They decide where the app runs — this computer, a server they rent, or a future BloomHarbor service.

What we collect

What we do not collect

We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising trackers. We do not build a marketing profile. Health, location, contacts, photos, and microphone are not requested by BloomHarbor.

How answers are made

Questions are sent to SpaceXAI (the xAI API) so the assistant can reply. Verse text is fetched from bible-api.com as the World English Bible. Those processors see the text needed to answer you. They are not given your password.

Payments

On the web, Plus is billed with PayPal. On the App Store, Plus is billed with Apple In-App Purchase. Card numbers stay with PayPal or Apple, not in BloomHarbor.

How long we keep it

Account and chat data stay until you delete the account or the operator removes it. You can delete your account in the app under Sign in → Delete account. That removes your sign-in, chats stored for that account, and the local subscription record.

Children

BloomHarbor is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). Do not create an account for a child below that age.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account from the app. For a copy of what is stored, write from the email on the account using the Support page.

Contact

Use the Support page. If you installed BloomHarbor from the App Store, you may also use Apple’s standard support and purchase tools.
